Artistic research unfolds human experience in other ways than science, academia or professional practices do. In this study 13 artists have acquired experience with the practice of Art as Research. Results not only contribute to the scientific study; artists also report that participating in the research project benefits their art practice in unanticipated ways. Each contributing artist wrote a paragraph about the experience of participating in this research project.
