Welcome to the study, research and publication environment of the EU Athens Program "Presence Design" hosted by Delft Technical University in 2013. Students from the Euroepean Athens program, in which students from different countries collaborate for a week, used the Being-Here site to inspire their design processes for sustainable energy in a neigbourhood. Here you find the student contributions to ongoing research into presence design, using biomimicry, for developing eco- techno- social systems. This Athens workshop focuses on finding solutions and for future smart cities by new Presence Designs.
