Negotiation is a process that is part of many interactions. In negotiation a diversity of interests is formulated and seeks to find a balance between the different interests. In online communication is fundamental to interaction. Trust is negotiated through technology's infrastructure, in connecting networks and in the establishment of identities and reputation.
